Non-Gmo Project License Agreement

If you have completed registration for both the non-GMO project and for NSF, your dedicated NSF project manager will contact you to begin the six-step audit. The essential requirements of the non-GMO project standard are traceability, segregation and testing at critical checkpoints to ensure that products do not contain genetically modified ingredients. This agreement outlines the parameters of your participation in the product verification program and the use of the non-GMO project name and verification sign. You must sign a licensing agreement, regardless of whether you intend to use the confirmation sign. No fee will be charged for signing our license agreement. If you have your product project checked, you also need to update your packaging. In addition to putting the logo on the front, you need to determine if your ingredient formulation needs to change (and therefore whether your nutritional information needs to change) and whether you want to update one of the formulations that describe the properties of your product.
