Early Termination. Many of CenturyLink`s Internet packages require you to sign a contract, and the separation of that contract can lead to high fees (ETFs) that can really break the bank. Make sure you can commit to the CenturyLink service for the duration of the agreement when you sign up. I ordered the internet more than a week ago. They said they would be here on 1/8 No issue no call is not an email. So I called and they said they would be there on the 11th. No MORE. I called several times and was told they would be there on the 12th. No more show, no more calling.
I checked today, and now they won`t be here until the 26th. Needless to say I said and cable America sucks. It`s better to pay the extra for an unlimited date on my phone than to manage it. I know things happen, but call, e-mail, text something to keep me informed. I turned off my other Internet the day they said they would be there. This business is terrible and when you call companies, they make fun of you when they think you are waiting. Very bad deal. Today I called to tell them that they should not bother to go out. I am tired of them treating us badly because they are the only supplier.
